This is a Master/Teacher continuation and completion of the Usui system of natural healing and the prerequisite is level 3 Master/Teacher level.  It is advised that one should be an active Reiki Master for at least 6 months prior to being initiated into this level.   Level 4 is considered to be part of the level 3 system, because some divide level 3 into two parts, the practitioner level three system and the master teacher level three system.  This is a 19 page manual with the lineage on the last page.  I received this from Linda Colbert, so you would add her name and then mine if you are attuned by me for your lineage to this system.

Reiki Levels V and VI are not given directly from Mikao Usui.  At the beginning these levels were without symbols.  They were formed by a Qi Gong and Reiki Master from Berlin, Germany.  He saw an opportunity to channel Qi Gong energy in the same way as Reiki during meditation – this is the second part of the initiation process.

Experiences with levels V and VI are very positive, it being a powerful energy called Reiki-Laser Energy.  Both initiations are to be given one after the other, they are Yin and Yang.  Level V is also called THE GREAT HARMONY – DAI CHO WA, and level VI is also called THE GREAT SEPARATION – DAI FA SHU.  There are 6 additional symbols to these levels of initiation.
