This is a 17 page manual written by Stephanie Brail.  Empowerment Reiki is a new method of Reiki that utilizes the best of traditional Reiki while providing a new healing methodology for our accelerated times.  The primary purpose of Empowerment Reiki is to allow each of us the opportunity to shine brightly as the powerful spiritual beings we truly are, following our life purpose and path for the highest good of all.  Empowerment Reiki is different in that it is focused on distance healing methods and spiritual growth instead of physical healing.  It can be used for physical ailments, but it is best used for working on more “esoteric” concerns:  spiritual growth, personal development, career path, and life purpose.

This system is divided into 5 different empowerments or healing attunements.  Each empowerment works on a different area.  The empowerments are sequential; you must receive each empowerment in order before moving on to the next one.  Healing attunements are explained in the manual.  Each empowerment comes with its own symbol.  The five empowerments of this system are:  Grounding and Centering, Releasing Resistance, Summoning the Light, Integration and Alignment, and Stepping into your Power.

It is recommended but not required that you have some Reiki experience or background when receiving these empowerments.  This system can be used by Reiki practitioners and other energy healers as an additional Reiki system to study, and also for healing clients simply wanting some help for their problems.  It is usually best to space out the empowerments over time unless you are an experienced Reiki Master.  The empowerments can be used in conjunction with any healing session or distance healing.
