You should wait 2 weeks between each level, as the energy needs time to adjust in your body.  The 15 page manual includes channelings by El Morya, discussion of energy, how it works and is channeled, lightworker responsibilities and creed, the human energy systems, history of El Morya and more.

You will receive the manual and certificate over email and two distant attunements to this energy system.
