All of the courses on my site are offered over distance.  Some I also teach in person throughout the year, but this site is for those we wish to take them by distance due to scheduling or where you live.  It is a great way to learn over distance in your own time and space with lots of flexibility.

After you pay for the course, I will send you the course manual and then we will set up a time for me to attune you over distance. Then I will send you a certificate by email of completion of the course. I will be available for follow up and questions during and after each course.

This is a great way to learn and try new things in your own time and space, and offers much flexibility for those people with busy lives!

TO RECEIVE A DISTANT ATTUNEMENT
Each person is different in how they receive an attunement. Some feel nothing, and others feel energy, see colors, etc. There is no right or wrong way and you will receive the attunement even if you don’t “feel” anything. Some energies may feel stronger than others for certain people.

After we set up an agreed upon time for the attunement, you job will be to just relax and welcome the attunement and be open to the energy. You may play soft relaxing music or light a candle or incense if you wish (but be careful you don’t fall asleep!), or just sit or lay in a relaxed position to receive the attunement. You may state at the beginning, “I am open to receive the __________________ attunement from Suzanne Roloff now, on this day and at this time, may we both be blessed.” Attunements usually last between 15-30 minutes, so I would suggest you stay in a relaxed state to take in the energy for 30-45 minutes. That is all there is to it, it is easy!
