This is a beautiful 35 page manual by Rev. Wendi Robinson.  There is a discussion of who the angels are, the angelic realm and the angelic hierarchy, there are meditations including a bubble of light meditation and a guardian angel meditation, a discussion of 14 different Archangels, a discussion of clearing space and creating sacred space, healing and balancing the self and others, and receiving and passing the empowerments.

There are 5 empowerments to this system that should be received at least 3 or more days apart each.  There is a detailed instruction on how to pass on each of these empowerments to others and a closing.
